Day 1 – Prague - Airport pick-up ( 15 km, 30 minutes)
Airport pick up. Transfer to the hotel. Intruduction of our crew at the board. Accomodation in hotel and time for little rest after flight. Dinner in hotel restaurant. After dinner evening walk in city centre. Overnight stay in Prague - the capital city and largest city of the Czech Republic. It is one of the largest cities of Central Europe and has served as the capital of the historic region of Bohemia for centuries. The city is famous for its unique medieval architecture, the historical centre of Prague is inscribed in the World Heritage List.
Day 2 - Prague city tour
After breakfast we will start our all-day sighteeing of Prague. We will explore Prague’s charming alleys, Medieval and Gothic architecture, impressive monuments and coloruful Baroque houses. Our tour will start in Prague Old Town where we will be able to see the Old Town Square with its most characteristic astronomical clock, Pargue Castle - the final resting place of Bohemian Kings which is the biggest Ancient castle in the world according to Guinness World Records and rises in a dream-like manner above the city offering beautiful views of the areas below including St. Nicholas Church, pure Gothic style Tyn Church, Old Jewsih Quarter called Josefov with beautiful Synagogue and Cementary, Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge which connects Old Town with Lesser Town. Its construction started in the fourteenth century and it is one of Prague's most beautiful constructions. Charles Bridge is a vivid place of trade and entertainment where musicians busk and artists sell their paintings and jewelry. During our city tour we will have free time for souvenir shopping and lunch which will give you an oportunity to try typical, local cuisne. After lunch we will visit Franz Kafka museum and we will take panoramic Vltava river cruise which will give you an oportunity to admire the city from a quite different perspective. Next, you will be served dinner at the hotel. In the evening you will have free time to relax and enjoy Prague’s nightlife.
Day 3 – Prague – Vienna ( 300 km – 4 hours)
After breakfast we will check out from hotel and transfer to Vienna, the capital of Habsburg Empire. Its historical city centre is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. After the arrival we will check in at the hotel in Vienna and start our afternoon city tour. First, we will visit Schönbrunn Palace which stands on a 60-metre-high hill. It used to be the main summer residence of the Habsburgs. After visiting the Palace we will take a short city tour in the center of Vienna where we will see the following: City Hall constructed in the nineteenth century in the Neo-Gothic style, Vienna State Opera built in the Neo-Renaissance style by the renowned Czech architect and constructor Josef Hlávka. Afterwards, we will experience the charm of Hofburg Palace which is nowadays an official residence and workplace of President of Austria as well as the nineteenth-century Austrian Parliament Building and Vienna University - one of the oldest universities in the German-speaking world. After the city tour we will go for dinner in a restaurant in the city center. We will stay overnight in Vienna.
Day 4 – Vienna – Budapest ( 250 km – 3 hours)
After breakfast we will transfer to Budapest, the capital city of Hungary which with its unique, youthful atmosphere, a world-class classical music scene as well as a pulsating night life has been increasingly appreciated among the European youth. It also has an exceptionally rich offer of natural thermal baths thank to which Budapest is one of Europe's most delightful and enjoyable cities. Due to its scenic setting and its architecture it is nicknamed "Paris of the East". In 1987 Budapest was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List for the cultural and architectural significance of the Banks of the Danube, the Buda Castle Quarter and Andrássy Avenue. In the afternoon, after checking in at the hotel we will start our visit in Budapest from a boat-cruise at Danube river where we will enjoy amazing, panoramic view of the city. Dinner will be served at the boat. After the cruise you will have time for your our own leisure activities and an opportunity to enjoy Budapest nightlife. We will stay overnight in Budapest.
Day 5 – Budapest city tour
After brekfast we will visit the most important Budapest highlights such as The Royal Palace which is the most popular tourist attraction located and overviews. The first known buildings where the Royal Palace stands today were built by Charles Robert’s eldest son – Stephan, the Duke of Anjou. It was later rebuilt, but the resign of King Matthias brought about the Golden Age of Buda. The unique building which we can admire today is the reconstruction from the nineteenth century. We will see the biggest European Parliament from the nineteenth centrury, The Fisherman's Bastion from where we can admire impressive views across the Danube to Pest the Central Market Hall which is one of the most frequently visited tourist attractions. It is the largest and the oldest roofed market of the city. This is the right place to buy Hungarian souvenirs or to eat local, traditional food. Also we will see St. Stephen Cathedral often called "the Basilica" which is the highest church in Budapest and Matthias Church is a dominant Neogothic church crowning Budapest's city landscape. The church charms with a wonderful and unusual roof made of coloured shingles and elegant pinnacles. In the afternoon, after sightseeing, we will visit one of the thermal baths which Budapest is famous for. Its our time to swim and relax in hot or cold mineral water. Bathing in different types of mineral water is considered to give health benefits for series of health problems. In Budapest, some thermal baths are large, historic complexes visited as a cultural as well as a bathing experience. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel will be provided.
Day 6 – Budapest – Bratislava ( 200 km, 2 hours 30 minutes)
After breakfast we will transfer to Bratislava, the capital and the largest city in Slovakia. After hotel check in we will start the sightseeing-tour. First, we will visit the Castle - the former seat of the rulers which today is the symbol of Bratislava and the place where the Museum of History is located. There is a wonderful view of the city and the neighboring countries from its 47-metre-high crown tower in which royal coronation jewels used to be deposited. Afterwards, we will go to see the three-nave St Martin Gothic Cathedral from the fifteenth century and the former coronation church. We will also take a walk in the Old Town where we will see the City Hall, Primate’s Palace, Michael’s Gate and Rococo-styled Grassalkovich Palace which nowadays serves as the seat of the President of the Slovak Republic. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel will be provided.
Day 7 – Bratislava – Prague airport ( 350 km, 3 hours 30 minutes)
On that day you will be transferred to Prague’s airport, according to your flight schedule, which will end the tour.
