Day 1 - Frankfurt
Departure from Frankfurt airport and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2 – Frankfurt - Cologne - Amsterdam (450 km, 6 hours 30 minutes)
After breakfast we will transfer to Cologne where we will discover some parts of the city such as Deutz Bridge, Great St. Martin Church, Cologne Cathedral and Hohenzollern Bridge. Afterwards, we will head for Amsterdam. After the arrival we will take a night canal cruise where we will be able to see the most famous canals in Amsterdam as well as have an opportunity to try various types of traditional local beer. Later we will eat dinner and spend the night in Amsterdam.
Day 3 - Amsterdam - Newcastle (16 hour-cruise)
After breakfast at the hotel we will continue our Amsterdam city tour. We will see the Dam Square with the Royal Palace and its beautiful seventeenth century houses, Rembrandt Square and the legendary Red-light district. Next, we will have a chance to visit the following museums: Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, and Anne Frank Museum. Amsterdam is colloquially known as Venice of the North because of its lovely canals flowing throughout the entire city, its impressive architecture and more than 1,500 bridges. Every traveler’s taste will be satisfied here, regardless if you prefer culture and history, serious partying, or just the relaxing charm of this old European city. At night we will take a cruise to Newcastle. We will have dinner and spend the night on the ship.
Day 4 - Newcastle - Edinburgh (180 km – 2 hours)
After breakfast on the ship we will transfer to Edinburgh. This Scottish capital city manages to combine both Ancient and modern character in a unique manner. Located in the shade of an imposing castle, the symbol of the city, Edinburgh possesses Medieval relics, Georgian grandeur, a powerful stream of modern life and contemporary avant-garde, all in one. In Edinburgh, Medieval palaces mingle with the best pieces of modern architecture while Gothic churches with amazing museums and galleries. Scotland's flashing night-life centre is a feast for both soul and senses. This city prides to have great restaurants, shops and an unequalled programme of city festivals throughout the year. In Edinburgh we will see the most important highlights such as Princess street with Edinburgh Castle, Grassmarket with its array of small boutique shops, traditional Scottish pubs, and restaurants; we will visit The Old Town and the New Town, the National Gallery of Scotland, St Mary’s Cathedral and Dean Village. We will have dinner and spend the night in the hotel.
Day 5 - Edinburgh - Liverpool (350 km – 5 hours 30 minutes)
After breakfast we will head for Liverpool, a large, vibrant city with great cultural heritage which received the title of the European Capital of Culture in 2008. It is proud to have the famous Pier Head Waterfront being the UNESCO World Heritage site since 2004. After arrival we will start our city tour. At the beginning, we will see the world-famous UNESCO Waterfront, followed by Three Graces, which consist of the Royal Liver Building, The Cunard Building and the Port of Liverpool Building and they situate themselves on Liverpool’s Pier Head. Next, you will have a chance to admire Mathew Street, visited by thousands of tourists yearly. The next highlight will be Cavern Club and many surrounding attractions including the statue of John Lennon, the Beatles store and several pubs formerly frequently visited by The Beatles. A wall in Mathew Street is adorned by the sculpture by Arthur Dooley entitled "Four Lads Who Shook the World". Afterwards we will head for Liverpool One, a popular shopping centre, Liverpool World Museum, Walker Art Gallery, St Georges Hall, two amazing Cathedrals, Philharmonic Pub/Hall and, finally, China Town, oldest established Chinatown in Europe. Dinner in city centre and an overnight stay in the hotel will finish the day.
Day 6 - Liverpool - Stratford upon Avon - Oxford - London (400 km – 6 hours)
After breakfast, we will move on to Stratford, known as the city of William Shakespeare. There, we will visit the following tourist attractions: Shakespeare's Birthplace which is probably the location of Shakespeare's birth and definitely the home of his early years, the Holy Trinity Church and the site of the burial of William Shakespeare. To continue, we will take a walk in Stratford city center and head for Oxford where the oldest University in Britain is located. In Oxford you will also have a possibility to admire Christ Church, Braseonse College, Sheldonian Theatre, Trinity College and Randolph hotel. Dinner and overnight in a hotel nearby London will be provided.
Day 7 - London
Noisy, vibrant and truly multicultural London is a megalopolis. People, ideas and incredible energy mingle together here. It is the capital and also the largest city of both England and the United Kingdom and the largest city in Western Europe. After breakfast we will start our all-day city tour which will include: Buckingham Palace highlighted with changing of the guard ceremony, Westminster Abbey and Palace of Westminster with famous Big Ben - the seat of the United Kingdom Parliament and World Heritage site as well as a place for royal coronations since 1066. Next, we will head for the Tower of London, the original royal fortress located by the Thames River, Trafalgar Square with its famous Nelson's Column and the stone lions, Tower Bridge, the iconic nineteenth century bridge decorated with high towers and a drawbridge, St. Pauls Cathedral, the Queen's London residence, The London Eye, world's third largest observation wheel situated on the south bank of the Thames River with its magnificent London view, Piccadilly Circus, one of the most photographed sights in London where the statue of Eros stands proudly in the middle. Afterwards, you will enjoy your free time in the city center. Dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel will be provided.
Day 8 - London - Calais - Paris (450 km, 6 hours)
After breakfast we will visit the British Museum which is one of the most important museums in the world. Then we will transfer to Paris where dinner and an overnight stay in the hotel will be provided.
Day 9 - Paris
On the first day we will pick you up from the airport and provide accomodation and time for rest. Paris has a well-deserved reputation of being the most beautiful and romantic of all cities in the world, full of historic associations and remaining vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design all over the world. In the evening we will take a cruise on the Seine River during which we will have an opportunity to admire the city view from the other perspective and see it full of glittering city lights. You will receive dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 9 - Paris
After breakfast we will start our sightseeing tour in Paris and we will see the most famous highlights: one of the main symbols of France, the Eiffel Tower, from second floor of this amazing structure we will be able to admire the city view. We will also take the Seine River Cruise which will give us an opportunity to see city from a different perspective. Afterwards, we will visit gothic Notre Dame Cathedral and we will see the amazing Arc of Triumph. We will also have some time for shopping at Champs-Elysees which is widely regarded as one of the most recognisable avenues in the world.Next, we will visit the Versailles the impressive palace complex of King Louis the fourteenth, where we admire a collection of artworks in the royal chambers, a Mirror Hall and unique gardens by Andre le Notre. At the end of the day, we will walk around the Montmartre district, where we will have a chance to see Place Pigalle, Sacre Coeur Basilica and Place Blanche from the Moulin Rouge, the world-famous cabaret where cancan was born. Dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel in Paris will be provided.
Day 10 - Paris - Luxemburg (410 km – 6 hours 30 minutes)
After breakfast we will start our tour with Louvre (Museu du Louvre) which is one of the largest museums in the world. It houses valuable masterpieces of art including paintings and sculptures. We will have a possibility to admire numerous artworks gathered in this former royal palace, including Mona Lisa, Nike from Samothrace, Venus from Milo. Afterwards, we will pay a visit to the Museum of Impressionist Orsay and the Invalides complex. Next, we will drive to the Luxemburg where dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel will be provided.
Day 11 - Luxemburg - Frankfurt (260 km – 4hours)
After breakfast we will explore Luxemburg City from the top of a double-decker bus and we will have a chance to see Constitution Square, Old Town, Panoramic elevator, Kirchberg, Mudam/Philharmonie, Villa Vauban, Central Train Station. Free time for shopping will be provided as well, followed by a transfer to Frankfurt. After the arrival, we will take an evening sightseeing walk in Frankfurt city center and eat dinner in local restaurant. We will spend the night in a hotel in Frankfurt.
Day 12 - Frankfurt airport
After breakfast, we will transfer you to Frankfurt airport according to your flight schedule.
